CONSTANCE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONSTANCE PRINCE

Dive Into Calm

In the endless expanse of the Indian ocean lies a retreat of unsurpassed beauty. Constance Prince Maurice – a collection of nine magnificent residences inspired by native Mauritian design, crafted to the impeccable standards of Constance Hotels & Resorts. This is a rare opportunity to own a home where modern luxury and island energy intertwine.

A Magnetic Rhythm

At the heart of Mauritius lies a potent volcanic energy whose strength once shaped the island and, to this day, still fuels its dynamic spirit. For over half a century, Constance has drawn from that same source of energy. This is your opportunity to find your place amongst it. From the hypnotic sway of the sega dance to the fiery tang of spiced curries, Mauritius vibrates with a natural magnetism that invites you to feel part of something truly elemental.

Each expansive villa is hidden away on a private peninsula between lagoon and lake on the serene eastern coast of the island. Framed by rich green foliage and shimmering blue views.

This is the most secluded address in Mauritius.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the exceptional Le Barachois restaurant floating at the end of a lantern-lit pontoon – offering rare flavours and comforting familiarity in equal measure. Two eighteen-hole championship golf courses are also within easy reach.

Authentic Mauritian Design

Envisioned by renowned Mauritian architect Jean Marc Eynaud, every residence is a bold statement of contemporary tropical design. Mauritian authenticity fuses with minimalist elegance – warm timber, natural stone, and inviting glass create spaces that breathe with the landscape. Infinity pools level with the horizon and generous terraces blur the line between indoors and out, creating a deep sense of connection to the island.

Interiors are crafted by award-winning Parisian studio MHNA, acclaimed for creating luxury spaces that feel effortless and extraordinary. Contemporary elegance meets a deep reverence for the island’s natural beauty. Every texture, tone and detail is considered a dialogue between craftsmanship and the island’s spectacular landscape. Your own private retreat where the rhythm of island life moves through every space.

Island Living, Perfected

Each residence offers privileged access into the five-star Constance Prince Maurice Resort and all its amenities. Relax at the renowned Constance Spa as an expert therapist guides your mind and body to a state of deep serenity. Then, as evening sets in, explore one of the Indian Ocean’s most impressive wine cellars – home to over twenty-five-thousand bottles. Each expertly curated by our dedicated team of sommeliers. From sunrise yoga to sunset sailing, followed by serene evenings enjoying a rare vintage, the residences open the door to a world of effortless leisure and luxury.

Life in Vibrant Colour

At Constance Prince Maurice, every day invites discovery. A chance to engage with a new side of the island’s renowned character. And with our dedicated Residential Concierge on hand, you’ll find each moment unfolds seamlessly, bending wilfully to your daily desires.
