Until March 19, the Constance Festival Culinaire , the most famous gastronomic event in the Indian Ocean , attracts epicureans from all over the world for a 16th edition to be savored. During this week of the festival, hosted at Constance Belle Mare Plage , Michelin-starred chefs he internationally renowned pastry chefs share their passion for their work and their experiences with the chefs and guests of Constance Hotels & Resorts, in an atmosphere of joy and fun. In fact, the event promotes a spirit of sharing and friendship, giving life to a real moment of conviviality between professionals and enthusiasts, united by a love for good food and exquisite pastries.

Constance Festival Culinaire, the most famous gastronomic event in the Indian Ocean

The competitions As in previous years, the program includes an exciting series of competitions , with a total of four races. Bernard Loiseau and Pierre Hermé, big names in French gastronomy and pastry, are once again linked to the event with two dedicated awards. There were also eight special dinners and three masterclasses at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice.
