Mauritius: the Constance Festival Culinarie returns in March

The participation in the XIII edition of the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival in 2018 is still vivid in my memory . A trip to Mauritius , a week spent inside the Constance Belle Mere together with great starred chefs from all over Europe (among others the Italians Ugo Alciati and Andrea Camastra ) for the event created as a tribute to one of those chefs who without a shadow of doubt I would have liked to meet in person: Bernard Loiseau . I wrote about it in La Stampaon my return, full of that energy that only an event like that can give. Having the opportunity to spend hours in the kitchens of the resort together with the competing chefs (European chefs working alongside local chefs), getting to know them in a wonderful corner of the world, on the beach, spending time with Bernard Loiseau ' s family is certainly not for everyone days, right Maria Chiara Zucchi?
