Every year , Constance Hotels & Resorts hosts the Constance Culinary Festival , which brings together a host of Michelin starred chefs from all over the world to compete and amaze with their culinary masterpieces . This year , the 16 th edition of the festival will extend from March 11 to 19, 2023, and will offer a world of delicious flavors to guests on the sparkling shores of the Indian Ocean . The Constance Culinary Festival boasts four main prizes : the Deutz Cup , the Bernard Loiseau Cup , and the Table Art Cup , in which six European chefs compete . Michelin stars coming from different countries with six chefs from the Constance Group coming from all the islands of the Indian Ocean As for the Pierre Hermé Award for the Pastry Competition , it has achieved a global reputation that rivals the reputation of the festival itself . Pastry art will be the main theme of the festival this year . Constance Hotels & Resorts will collaborate with Valrhona , the best French chocolate brand in the world , headed by Pierre Hermé , one of the greatest celebrities in the art of French pastry and winner of the Best Pastry Chef in the World award for 2016.
