Constance Festival Culinary 2023

collaboration with Constance Hotels & Resorts ‘ chefs, will showcase their culinary and pastry making skills.

The festival features a series of exciting competitions for the coveted Deutz, Bernard Loiseau, Pierre Hermé, and Art de la Table trophies. Two of the biggest names in French gastronomy and patisserie, Bernard Loiseau and Pierre Hermé, will participate in these competitions. Six Michelin-starred chefs will compete for the Deutz and Bernard Loiseau trophies from March 11th to 18th. The jury includes Bérangère Loiseau, Vice President of Bernard Loiseau, and Patrick Bertron, Chef of the 2-star Relais Bernard Loiseau restaurant.
