Socio-Economic Development Constance Hospitality Training Centre Ltd (CHTC) In 2025, 40 students from vulnerable groups in the eastern region of Mauritius, sponsored by the Fondation, enrolled in courses in Food Production, Pastry, Front Office and Restaurant and Bar at National Certificate Level 3, delivered by CHTC. These courses aim to equip participants with skills that enhance their employability. The students are expected to complete the courses by April 2026. Service d’Accompagnement, de Formation, d’Insertion et Réhabilitation de l’Enfant (SAFIRE) In 2025, Fondation Constance continued to provide financial support to SAFIRE, an NGO committed to promoting the rights of street children and youth. This collaboration targets 100 children and young people living in the regions of Mauritius where the Constance Group member companies operate. Educational activities were implemented to reduce their exposure to social risks and address issues such as child vagrancy.

Through Fondation Constance, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainable development, ensuring that our CSR efforts leave a lasting, positive impact.

Pedostop (Rodrigues)

Caritas – Ste Ursule (Boutique Solidaire)

The Company

Pedostop provides specialised support to children who are victims of sexual abuse. Its services include psychological care to help victims rebuild and heal, legal follow-up to improve their chances of obtaining justice, and awareness-raising initiatives on the prevention of sexual abuse and the identification of its warning signs for professionals and the general public. In 2025, Fondation Constance collaborated with Pedostop to extend these core services through the establishment of an antenna in Rodrigues. In 2025, Fondation Constance financially supported this NGO, which focuses on the rehabilitation of ex-detainees. Several activities were carried out in the Flacq region to reach out to ex-detainees and their families, while raising awareness about rehabilitation and reintegration. Association Kinouété

Fondation Constance continued to support Caritas – Ste Ursule in its fight against poverty through the Boutique Solidaire. To encourage the personnel of the Constance Group member companies to engage in charitable activities, Fondation Constance coordinated an initiative to provide vulnerable families with basic necessities. Fédération des Maisons Familiales Rurales in Rodrigues (FMFR) FMFR contributes to the reduction of poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment by providing sustainable training and individual coaching, while also helping aged 16 and above. In 2025, with the financial support of Fondation Constance, FMFR strengthened its technical team in Rodrigues to deliver improved services. to prevent delinquency among 60 young people
