11/25/2022 Constance Hotels to Host International Golf Tournament News / Hotels / Mauritius From 2 to 4 December in the Seychelles, the Constance Lemuria Resort will host the MCB Tour, a men's professional golf tournament. Constance Belle Mare Plage will also host the MCB Tour Championship in Mauritius from December 9th to 11th. In December 2022, for the frst time since 2019, golf competitions will return to the Seychelles and Mauritius: championship guests will be able to spend two weeks in a tropical paradise watching the next season of the Legends Tour. During the annual competitions, golfers travel the world, testing their skills on the best courses, but without a spectacular fnal on the shores of the Indian Ocean, they would seem incomplete. The Legends Course at Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius will once again host the fnal event of the MCB Tour Championship, which has proven to be the right venue not only for the tournament but also for the announcement of the winner of the John Jacobs trophy for the best player of the season. The golf course was designed by South African Hugh Baiocchi and has recently been refurbished, providing the perfect setting for showcasing the best of the game's world-class stars. Past MCB Tour championship winners include 10-time PGA Tour winner David Frost, 1996 Open champion Tom Lehman and Ryder Cup star Colin Montgomery. The winner of the last competition was the Swedish professional player Jarmo Sakari Sandelin.
