A special star in the culinary sky Régis Marcon, the proud holder of three Michelin stars, brings four decades of experience and his incomparable culinary genius to the festival. Known for his dedication, respect for regional products and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, Marcon represents the essence of what the festival is all about. “It is a great honour for me to co-chair the upcoming event with my friend Pierre Hermé,” Marcon emphasises. A culture of exchange and excellence Since its inception, the festival has maintained a close and successful collaboration with various partners. One of the most notable is world-renowned pâtissier Pierre Hermé, who has been loyal to the festival since 2016, adding his sweet touch.
