The culinary expert has four decades of experience at the helm of the famous Maison Marcon in Saint-Bonnet-Le-Froid. Together with his son Jacques, Régis helped the restaurant gain its iconic reputation in the gastronomic world. Dedication to his craft, love of the region and commitment to sourcing exceptional ingredients contributed to the success and distinction of his cuisine. He lived out Marcon's passion for passing on gustatory knowledge and skills as a mentor for chefs of all levels. He also wrote the book “Défi Gourmand” for the Bocuse d'Or Academy, which deals with the preparation of cooking competitions.
