Since 2006, it has managed to gain a reputation as one of the most anticipated events in the annual calendar for sophisticated fans of the fine art of cooking. Throughout the week, renowned Michelin-starred chefs and pastry experts will work alongside chefs from Constance Hotels & Resorts in Mauritius, the Maldives and the Seychelles to create dishes.

The real star of the 17th gastrofestival will be Regis Marcon, a chef and winner of three Michelin stars. Marcon will be a member of the jury of the competition, which includes a separate nomination in his honor,
