The Constance Festival Culinaire allowed renowned Michelin-starred chefs and pastry chefs from around the world to showcase their outstanding talents in the restaurants of the Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice hotels. “This week was as busy as it could be,” says Constance Hospitality Management sommelier Jerome Faure. “We have been privileged to witness the demonstration of unique skills by chefs from all over the world, including those who collaborate with the Constance hotel chain. They competed in preparing dishes and desserts, and also willingly shared their knowledge of haute cuisine with colleagues. Murcott, Patrick Bertron and Jerome de Oliveira conducted master classes, which were highly appreciated by the guests.
