The real star of the 17th gastrofestival will be Regis Marcon, a chef and winner of three Michelin stars. Marcon will be a member of the jury of the competition, which includes a separate nomination in his honor, similar to the French pastry chef Pierre Hermé. As in previous years, Constance Festival Culinaire 2024 will include not only the competition program, but also other events. Competitors will be able to take part in four main competitions:

Deutz nomination; Regis Marcon nomination; Pierre Hermé nomination; Jars Art of the Table nomination.
