The 17th Constance Food Festival was successfully held in Mauritius The six Michelin one-star chefs competing for the Deutz Award and the Régis Marcon Award come from all over the world, including Wang Bin from The Georg Restaurant in China, Robert Chambers from the United Kingdom, Thomas Sjogren from Sweden, Yohann Chapuis and Mathieu Martin from France, and Maurizio Oster of Germany.
