The 17th Constance Food Festival 2024 was successfully held in Mauritius

In the end, the Pierre Hermé Award was awarded to the Belgian pastry chef Marc Ducobu and Ravindu Uluwaduge from Constance Moofushi Maldives in recognition of their creations; the famous pastry chef Lok Hin Yam from Hong Kong, China won the Valrhona Chocolate Art Work Award.
