Since 2006, the Constance Festival Culinaire has been a highlight in the international culinary calendar and attracts international gourmet fans. Here, renowned top chefs and pastry chefs meet the chefs of the Constance Hotels & Resorts from the various establishments in Mauritius, the Maldives and the Seychelles.

This year the Festival Culinaire will take place from March 8th to 16th at the Constance Belle Mare Plage and the Constance Prince Maurice. As in previous years, the festival is all about exchange, creativity and appreciation of local ingredients.
