Gourmet dinners, world-class culinary demonstrations and four coveted trophies with illustrious winners: the Constance Festival Culinaire 2024 , held from 8 to 16 March at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, was a true feast for the senses . During the most famous gastronomic event in the Indian Ocean, Michelin-starred chefs and pastry chefs from all over the world showcased their talent by creating delicious dishes and delicious desserts together with chefs from Constance Hotels & Resorts properties working in Mauritius, at Maldives and Seychelles.

Representing Italy was Fabrizio Fiorani , international pastry consultant and AMPI Master, who participated as a coach in the Pierre Hermé Trophy, the Constance Pastry Competition dedicated to desserts. The culinary week, like every year full of events and moments of sharing dedicated to cooking, also had the 3 Michelin star French chef Régis Marcon among the protagonists and culminated with the announcement of the winners of the four competitions during the awards ceremony of Saturday 16 March. Below is the list of winners: The Régis Marcon Trophy was awarded to the duo formed by Thomas Sjogren, Michelin starred chef of the Signum restaurant in Sweden, and Niraj Bisnauthsing of Constance Prince Maurice; Maurizio Oster, 1 Michelin star chef of the Zeik restaurant in Germany, has won the coveted Deutz Trophy ;
