Heading towards the Indian Ocean, on the occasion of the Constance Culinaire Festival , Fabrizio Fiorani says he is enthusiastic about the experience in Mauritius, convinced even more of his being an architect of contemporary Italian pastry making beyond the lines: not a mere pastry chef, but a man of taste. That of the good, as per tradition . Fabrizio Fiorani, AMPI master, is the frst Italian pastry chef to participate, after 16 editions, as coach of Grace Anita Lucas (with him in the photo above), for the Pierre Hermé Trophy .
