Constance Hotels will host the gastronomic festival Constance Festival Culinaire 2024 Society February 29, 2024 An exciting event awaits gourmets from all over the world - from March 8 to 16, the famous gastronomic festival will be held at the Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice hotels. Since 2006, it has managed to gain a reputation as one of the most anticipated events in the annual calendar for sophisticated fans of the fne art of cooking. Throughout the week, renowned Michelin-starred chefs and pastry experts will work alongside chefs from Constance Hotels & Resorts in Mauritius, the Maldives and the Seychelles to create dishes.
