Constance Hotels will host the gastronomic festival Constance Festival Culinaire 2024 - National Press

Hermé. As in previous years, Constance Festival Culinaire 2024 will include not only the competition program, but also other events. Competitors will be able to take part in four main competitions:

Deutz nomination; Regis Marcon nomination; Pierre Hermé nomination; Jars Art of the Table nomination.

The festival is imbued with the spirit of strengthening friendly ties between professionals and sharing experiences: it aims to bring together experts and enthusiasts of the feld who share each other's passion for gourmet dishes and desserts. In the Deutz and Regis Marcon categories, Michelin star holders from around the world will compete for victory. Among them are chefs: Bin Wang from China, Robert Chambers from Great Britain, Thomas Sjogren from Sweden, Johann Chapuis and Mathieu Martin from France, and Maurizio Oster from Germany. The jury for both categories will include, among others, 2 Michelin star Patrick Bertron, Bocuse D'Or 2015 winner Orjan Johannessen, Bocuse d'Argent 2019 winner Sebastien Gibran and 2-Michelin star Benjamin Gallen. Six candidates from among the best confectioners will take part in the Pierre Hermé nomination, who will compete in preparing the best dessert. Among them are Asia's Best Pastry Chef winner Fabrizio Fiorani, Macau pastry chef Lok Hin Yam and founder of Ducobu in Belgium, Marc Ducobu. The jury will include pastry chef Pierre Hermé, TV presenter and food blogger Murcott, as well as the founder of the Maison Frederic Cassel confectionery Frederic Cassel. This year's festival will include four main competitions, eight special dinners and three masterclasses, taking place at the Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice hotels throughout the week.
