French pastry chef Pierre Hermé hosts the pastry competition In addition, Carinne Bienvenue and Andrew Joseph from Constance Prince Maurice won honors in the Constance Café Gourmand and Jars Arts de la Table competitions respectively. The 17th Constance Food Festival in 2024 will last for one week and will host four main events, eight special dinners and three master classes. As in previous years, sharing, creativity and respect for local ingredients are at the heart of the festival’s success.
