The 17th Constance Food Festival was successfully held in Mauritius

The six Michelin one-star chefs competing for the Deutz Award and the Régis Marcon Award come from all over the world, including Wang Bin from The Georg Restaurant in China, Robert Chambers from the United Kingdom, Thomas Sjogren from Sweden, Yohann Chapuis and Mathieu Martin from France, and Maurizio Oster of Germany. In the end, Michelin-starred chef Thomas Sjogren from the Swedish restaurant Signum and Niraj Bisnautsing from the Constance Prince Maurice were awarded the Régis Marcon Trophy, while Michelin-starred chef Maurizio Oster from the German restaurant Zeik won the reserve trophy. The esteemed Deutz Trophy.
